Real or not it sure is sexy One thing to look at is holes in the tunnel for the Z seat snaps. With the stripe down the tunnel you can either run you finger down it and feel for the holes or look on the inside for any evidence of seat snap holes. Another place to look for holes is where the tail light would have been mounted on a Z. Now if they aren't there that could simply mean they were filled it but its something to look for.

It's hard to tell from the pics but does this sled have offset steering? That also isn't a tell tale sign either way but offset steering would likely point to either a sno pro or at worst a 77 Z.
